Homemade Kale Chips

These kale chips are a great healthy snack that is super easy to make and flavorful.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 bunch of Kale
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • garlic pepper spice mixture

Directions:

  1. To make these kale chips  start by pre-heating your oven to 350°F.
  2.  Next you will need to wash your kale and peel the leaves off of the stem.
  3. Taking the leaves pat dry with a paper towel and rip into 1-2 in pieces. Using a cookie sheet place down a silt pat, or a small layer of oil so the kale chips will not stick.
  4.  Place the kale onto the pan and add about 1tbsp of olive oil and mix with the kale until it coats the leaves.
  5.  Add the spices to fit your tastes and be sure they coat all of the kale.
  6. Taking the leaves place them onto your pan so they don’t overlap.  *This will help them to cook evenly
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-12 min or until you have a crisp kale chip.
  8. Allow them to cool and enjoy!
